The Role

We have a new opportunity within the Digital Marketing team for an Affiliate Manager who will manage and deliver on our affiliate strategy for the Bulgarian market.  This role will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are managed to the highest standard, both in areas of performance and compliance, while continuously seeking ways to grow an efficient affiliate channel in Bulgaria.

The role will involve managing the strategy across our affiliate partners in Bulgaria, with a primary focus on delivering growth and efficiency. As a result, this role is perfect for anyone looking to push forward their career within a fast paced and dynamic industry. The role will require an individual who is proactive with a proven track record of effectively scaling an affiliate channel. Knowledge of the industry and proven success is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new Bulgarian Affiliates and partnerships.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships through regular contact with partners.
  • Responsible for the channel’s delivery against agreed acquisition volumes and ROI targets in Bulgaria.
  • Assisting with the setup, monitoring and optimisation of all agreements, as well as analysing ROI benchmarks.
  • Communicating the progress of growth and efficiency KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Suggesting improvements to existing campaigns and deals to help grow acquisition volumes whilst maintaining an efficient CPA.
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial agreements with affiliates.
  • Industry research, seeking out prospective new affiliate partners.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across compliance and legal to ensure we’re aligned with any regulatory or T&Cs developments.
  • Liaise with the brand team to ensure creatives and messaging meet brand guidelines and to ensure we’re aligned with the broader campaign planning process.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Group Affiliate Lead and Director of Digital.
  • Work with the creative teams to design and deliver creative assets to optimise affiliate marketing opportunities.
  • Ensuring the affiliate payment process continues to operate effectively, while coordinating with the relevant internal finance and data teams to make this possible.
  • Attend affiliate conferences representing the LiveScore Group.
  • Work with partners in upholding a strict adherence to compliance requirements around messaging.
  • Assist in maintaining the roadmap for the affiliate channel, applying a forward-thinking approach to campaign management and the use of our tech stack.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience  

  • Knowledge of Income Access or a similar affiliate management platform.
  • Understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing, including experience with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and Tenancy payment models.
  • Understanding of KPI Monitoring tools and reports.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of working with design briefs and delivery of these.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver against business strategy and targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven commercial experience in an affiliate management role.
  • Bulgarian speaking or affiliate experience in the Bulgarian Market.
  • Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Proven attention to detail and high standards.
  • Natural passion for continuous improvement.
  • You are a team player, but you’re also comfortable working independently.
  • Regularly demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Strong personal organisation skills.
