WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Your key duties include:
- Acquire and build relationships with new affiliates.
- Monitor performance, optimise and manage existing affiliate partnerships.
- Constantly look to further develop existing affiliate deals by innovation and new commercial structure by working with low performing affiliates to increase their performance and supporting key affiliates to further increase acquisition.
- Suggest and implement initiatives for growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and/or changes.
- Ensure all KPI’s, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded. Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service.
- Proactively build and grow a relationships with key affiliates to maximise partnerships.
- Manage multiple accounts, analyse data and continually strive for increased performance
- Manage affiliate platform CRM & budget allocation, including commissions and budget spend;
WHO ARE YOU?
- Proven experience in affiliation marketing, with a focus on driving customer growth.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing multi-channel affiliation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Income access, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Business suit, Jira is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HTML and CSS for creating and optimizing landing pages and promotional materials.
- Proven experience and understanding of the European market dynamics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, demonstrating a successful track record of managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
