Job Description:

The B2B Marketing Manager at Spotlight Sports Group will play a pivotal role in driving marketing efforts aimed at global betting industry professionals. Reporting to the Global B2B Sales Director, this individual will work closely with the Commercial team and wider B2B Division to execute strategic marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence in the global sports betting market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management:
  • Organise owned company events and coordinate global conference attendance to showcase our products and services.
  • Ensure exhibition stands, marketing materials and accompanying promotion are delivered to the highest standards

  • Press Release Creation and Distribution:
    • Create compelling press releases to communicate key company updates, product launches, and industry insights. 
    • Distribute press releases effectively to relevant media outlets.
  • Digital Marketing Management:
    • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, corporate website, and weekly newsletter to ensure consistent and engaging communication with our target audience.
    • Ensure opportunities for data capture are maximised and that all relevant new business leads are delivered to the appropriate commercial teams
  • Product Positioning and Marketing Collateral:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to play a key role in product positioning, messaging to the market, and the development of marketing collateral.
    • Ensure that all high level communication platforms reflects this and are updated on an ongoing basis
  • Budget Management and Campaign Planning:
    • Take ownership of the B2B marketing budget and develop strategic campaign plans to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.
    • Be in a position to challenge and regularly review expenditure as well as communicate innovative ideas to the wider business
  • Inbound Content Management:
    • Oversee the creation, management, and distribution of inbound content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies to attract and engage prospects.
  • CRM Management and Lead Generation:
    • Manage and maintain the B2B CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and utilising it effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Drive lead generation efforts through the execution of mass mailers and other targeted marketing initiatives to nurture prospects and convert them into customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing. Preferable experience within the sports betting or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and press releases.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and developing strategic marketing plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
