What you will work on

Business Process Modeling

  • Design and develop detailed business process models.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for business processes.
  • Create visual representations of processes through flowcharts and other diagramming techniques.

Process Analysis

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate process performance and effectiveness.
  • Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues within processes.
  • Propose actionable recommendations for process improvements based on analysis findings.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

Presentation Creation

  • Develop clear and compelling presentations to communicate process analysis findings and improvement suggestions.
  • Use visual aids and graphics to enhance the understanding of complex concepts.
  • Tailor presentations to suit different audiences, including executive leadership and project teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather process requirements and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, , or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business process management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools is advantageous.
