Playtech Managed Services is looking for a Casino Product Specialist with a betting & gaming background to join our Player Engagement Team. As a Casino Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the entire casino content and product vertical.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Oversee daily operations of the Casino ensuring a best in class consumer offering.
  • Contributes to and implements the Casino business strategy, ensuring that the product attracts, engages and retains customers while achieving budgetary goals.
  • Maintain an events and launch calendar for the Casino, and coordinate with Marketing and Player Engagement teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform and identify areas where we can improve our offering. Advocate for new features and changes to existing products that will help to drive revenue and improve the experience for Casino players.
  • Coordinate with Licensee, Player Engagement Team, Customer Service, and Fraud and Risk, ensuring the Casino operates with integrity, best in class service and functions as part of the overall player experience.
  • Produce daily, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc performance analysis on Casino operations.

  • Are passionate about casinos and games.
  • Have a solid understanding of the casino product life and release cycles.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the iGaming industry.
  • Are a data-driven and strategic thinker.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal influencing skills.
  • Have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Are fluent in English.
