Job Description

We are looking for a professional with a background in Casino to work as part of our Risk Analysis team, covering overnight hours in the European Time Zone. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online casino business, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with the Head of Casino and AML/RISK Lead, this will be a challenging adventure to take. Responsibilities and duties:
•    Pro-actively profiling customers based on wagering behaviours
•    Investigate alerts (internal & external) with proper analysis
•    Conduct effective investigations on customers' betting behaviour and detect link connections between them
•    Real-time monitoring of customer accounts to detect suspicious wagering patterns or fraudulent behaviour
•    Determine the appropriate wagering levels for each unique customer using various functions
•    Handling suspicious accounts and events following company procedures
•    Monitor and analyse customer activity and prepare relevant reports 
•    Review of potential abuse or exploitation of games or the rewarding system offered
•    Assess and escalate cases accordingly to the responsible departments
•    Run verification on gaming session with Game Providers or Aggregator
•    Take a dominant part in the development and leadership of Risk Analysis processes and routines
•    Liaise with the Head of Casino and AML/RISK leads to ensure alignment, also to resolve any issues that appear

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Risk Analysis, preferably within the online gaming or casino industry
• Strong understanding of Casino games and Rewarding systems is a must;
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Quick to adapt to new tools, systems, and fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in Web3 gaming is a strong plus.
• Background in game provider companies will be highly valued.
• Expertise in fraud detection and risk mitigation is highly desirable.
• Understanding of SQL querying or BI expertise is considered a strong advantage
