Role Overview

Our Client is seeking an experienced CRM Analytics Manager to enhance their Retention function by analysing customer journeys, campaign performance, and overall CRM strategies. This role involves working across multiple brands and markets to support data-driven decision-making and optimise CRM strategies. Reporting to the Director of Retention, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company's approach to customer marketing through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Campaign Analysis: Analyse and optimise CRM campaign performance, including evaluating results from A/B and multivariate tests to improve effectiveness across various data platforms.

Insight Presentation: Present both ad-hoc and periodic analyses in a clear and actionable format to inform CRM strategies and drive decision-making.

Measurement Framework Development: Lead the creation of a robust measurement framework to ensure core performance metrics are readily accessible and actionable.

Data-Driven Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience, optimise bonus costs, and improve ROI.

Lifecycle Improvement: Identify and act on gaps or opportunities to enhance the customer lifecycle stages, fostering a better overall experience.

Team Leadership: Lead and train the CRM analytics team, promoting a data-driven culture and establishing a test-and-learn approach within the department.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Experience: Proven experience working with CRM platforms, such as FastTrack, across multiple brands and markets.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to clearly present findings and influence stakeholders based on analytical insights.

Interpersonal Skills: Effective team player with a proactive and adaptable work style, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, and experience with SQL for data querying and analysis. Knowledge of data modelling is also required.

Organisation: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and a commitment to driving results.

Problem-Solving: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
