Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize CRM requirements in response to dynamic business needs
  • Lead the ideation, definition, and execution of innovative CRM Social Media traffic monetization strategies
  • Identify and address pain points and needs of Social Media traffic to enhance CRM performance
  • Direct CRM Managers on the launch and usage strategy of features you worked on
  • Track and analyze the performance of CRM activities to achieve perfect KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and content managers
  • Balance day-to-day tasks with long-term planning for CRM roadmaps

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, retention & CRM, or brand management within the gambling industry
  • In-depth understanding of Social Media traffic dynamics in the gambling sector
  • Experience as a CRM monetization manager is a significant advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM calendar management, content layering, player motivation, and pressure points
  • Strong technical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems
  • Proven experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions
  • High sense of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with developers and product teams is a plus
