What’s the position?
Our Customer Optimization Analysts will form a team reporting to the Senior Customer Optimization Manager and will execute and drive improvement in our strategy for customer profiling and segmentation, detecting coordinated trading patterns, offering behavioural insights, awareness of pricing dynamics, how margin is applied and the identification of in-play strategies. There will be extensive collaboration with sportsbook ops, risk, VIP and BI teams.
