We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and visualization to join our team. In this role, the Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to enhance reporting accuracy, optimize data processes, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
It is important for us that you have/are:
2+ years of experience in iGaming/customer experience products (B2B, B2C products)
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools
Solid statistical knowledge and experience in using statistics to analyze complex data
The ability to transform business problems into analytical solutions
Flexible, self-motivated, proactive, and a critical thinker
Upper-intermediate level of English
You will be responsible for:
Supporting existing and developing new management reports
Analyzing product metrics, funnels, and providing recommendations for improving product metrics
Implementing and tracking business metrics that will help drive business
Analyzing and optimizing current processes
Working with Tableau using SQL
Generating high-quality reports that enable the team to quickly respond to changes and make informed decisions
Finding insights for project growth
Validating and launching A/B tests
Covering all user actions with analytical events
Continuously searching for product weaknesses and areas for improvement
Monitoring and generating reports using Hotjar to analyze user behavior and engagement trends
Optimizing data processing to improve report speed and reduce database load
Enhancing the accuracy of player behavior predictions
Automating the data collection and analysis processes
