They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!  

As a member of the SDM team, you will play a role in supporting and enhancing our financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across departments. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, precise, and effective financial support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Timely and accurate processing of PO and non-PO invoices for our group's entities across the globe.
• Monitoring common mailboxes and resolving queries raised by vendors and coworkers.
• Monitoring invoices on hold, prepayments, and open debit balances. Contacting vendors and business owners to acquire invoice copies and Purchase Orders.
• Preparing periodic reconciliation reports for assigned business units.
• Collaborating with other AP Team Members to prioritise day-to-day tasks.
• Responding to audit queries.
• Updating Standard Operating Procedures and identifying potential process improvements opportunities.
   

Requirements:

• Student/University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy would be a plus
• Very good command of English (written and spoken) B1-B2
• MS Office Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of ERP system, i.e. Oracle would be an asset
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills
