Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead and manage a team of Football Traders, fostering a high-performance culture, providing necessary resources, and ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a strategic vision for Sportsbook odds provision, driving profitability and maintaining competitive market positions.
- Oversee real-time event coverage, odds accuracy, and pricing strategies, ensuring market alignment and timely interventions when necessary.
- Support manual odds compilation and manage betting limits across football events, maintaining operational efficiency in both pre-match and in-play trading.
- Work cross-functionally with trading, content, marketing, and BI teams to enhance reporting, performance analysis, and customer engagement on partner sites.
- Handle customer issues and feature requests, ensuring service excellence and contributing to product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in odds compilation, trading KPIs, and a sharp analytical mindset.
- Deep knowledge of football trading, sports betting markets, and industry trends, with the ability to manage and deliver a top-tier product.
