Coach and mentor a powerhouse team of esports traders (+23 traders), fostering a high-performance and results-driven environment
Maintain and nurture a strong team culture, ensuring a collaborative, supportive, and engaging work environment where people grow and thrive
Oversee odds compilation and pricing strategies, ensuring a perfect balance between competitiveness and profitability
Analyze market trends, betting patterns, and pricing sensitivities to fine-tune our trading strategies and maintain a sharp competitive edge
Collaborate with our Data Science, Analytics and Product teams to push the boundaries of automation, predictive modeling, and trading tools
Continuously refine trading processes to maximize efficiency, margins, and overall performance
Manage real-time event coverage, ensuring seamless trading execution and top-tier service levels
Play a key role in product development, prioritizing features that enhance pricing accuracy and overall trading excellence
