As a Co-Op on the Integrated Campaign Operations (ICO) team, you will play a key role in supporting creative projects that support DraftKings Casino and Golden Nugget Online Casino’s Marketing Strategy. A successful candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, the ability to hit deadlines, and most importantly the drive to lean. What you'll do as an iGaming ICO CoOp  

• Coordinate the creation and approval of marketing assets for Digital, TV, and other channels with internal teams including Creative Operations, Creative, Marketing Teams, and Marketing Risk Operations
• Work across iGaming verticals (DK CAS & GNOG)
• Coordinate QA reviews and approvals in a timely manner
• Gain familiarity with creative best practices for both acquisition and remarketing
• Have a strong understanding of iGaming multi-brand promotional calendars as they relate to marketing and creative strategies 
• Learn tools like Wrike, Jira, and StoryTeq to execute day-to-day responsibilities
• Work with iGaming verticals to generate assets using creative template tools in StoryTeq
• Creative execution: manage timelines, reviews, approvals, and delivery of channel assets from start to finish
• Coordination: own communication between Marketing stakeholders and the Creative team
• Promo code creation: work in AdsLinkr to build promo codes and campaigns to ensure proper tracking and analysis of creative performance

What you'll bring

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program
• Previous experience in marketing or interest in the marketing field as a career path 
• Understanding of modern marketing channels (social, search, programmatic, etc.)
• Knowledgeable about the DraftKings Casino & Golden Nugget Online Casino brands and competitors in the US iGaming industry
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience working with a team (classroom, previous jobs, sport, etc.)
• Ability to develop cross-functional relationships
• Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
• Ability and willingness to come up with creative solutions for problems
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the work – big and small – done

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.16 USD - 20.20 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
