Let’s start with the role!

We are currently looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team and help shape our brand’s digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) aligned with our brand’s tone and strategy.
• Identify and incorporate social media trends into content planning and execution.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the social media team to develop creative and engaging concepts.
• Assist in the content production process, including setup, direction, and shooting.
• Edit and refine content in collaboration with the communications and design teams to ensure a polished final product.
• Capture and create photo and video content at company events, including corporate gatherings, internal events, career days, and business exhibitions.
• Ensure content is optimized for each social media platform to maximize engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or a related role.
• Fluency in English – both written and oral.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Understanding of content management platforms.
• Awareness of social media trends and ability to align them with our brand’s strategy.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for short-form video content.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
