The Role

 

The Marketing Director will lead Multiple Gaming’s marketing strategy, focusing on player acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple markets. Reporting to the Managing Director, this hands-on role oversees Digital Acquisition, Affiliates, social media, and CRM teams, ensuring a cohesive, data-driven approach aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve acquisition, retention, and revenue targets. Align efforts across Digital Acquisition, Affiliates, social media, and CRM.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor marketing heads, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Player Acquisition: Oversee PPC, SEO, programmatic ads, and media buying to maximize ROI. Manage agency and tech partnerships to scale efforts.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Optimize affiliate programs, recruit partners, track KPIs, and ensure timely payouts.
  • Social media & Branding: Drive brand visibility and engagement across platforms, including Twitch, Instagram, and YouTube. Align messaging with marketing campaigns.
  • CRM & Retention: Design personalized retention strategies using lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push) and player data. Optimize promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Data & Budget Management: Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and refine targeting. Manage the marketing budget to achieve cost-effective growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure marketing efforts comply with regulations in all operating markets and maintain ethical practices.
  • Competitor Analysis, benchmarking competitors and maintaining a close eye on the latest marketing trends within the industry and overall.
  • Ensure top-notch localisation across all key markets by offering localised campaigns, promotions, and marketing communications.

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience: 8+ years in senior marketing roles within iGaming, with expertise in player acquisition, affiliates, and CRM.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Skills: Strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and emerging trends. Strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.

 

Performance Metrics

 

  • Achievement of acquisition and retention goals.
  • Growth in player LTV and reduction in churn.
  • Performance of affiliate programs (CPA and traffic quality).
  • ROI from social media and CRM efforts.
  • Budget optimization and compliance adherence.
