What We are looking for
As a Media Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team, where you will be a part of the company’s media strategy implementation for Greek and Cyprus markets, aligning with the business and strategic goals. More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Implementation of marketing campaigns across all media
- Create and manage the analytical TV plans of the company
- Participate in the preparation of integrated media plans that meet the communication objectives and company’s goals
- Ensure that all campaigns start on time and handle any last-minute issues
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of media buys
- Work with data and insights to improve performance of media plans
- Perform media audits and ensure achievement of media KPIs
- Perform analysis and share results and learnings to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
- Support the creation of campaign post reports
- Source and evaluate proposals from media partners
- Ensure budgets are managed and on track
- Handle invoices and facilitate all internal financial procedures
What you bring
- At least 3 years of working experience in media planning, buying or any other relevant role
- BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration will be considered as a plus
- Experience in TV buying will be considered as an asset
- Experience in planning activity calendars for multiple channels and media (TV, Radio, OOH, Display)
- Curiosity, with a passion for continuous development
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners across markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
