Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Player Club Representative to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Player Club Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service at the Player’s Club.

Unit Description

Delaware North Gaming operates Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. We offer players slots and video gaming machines, table games, poker rooms and tournaments, mobile sports betting, full-service restaurants, and own and operate the Sheraton hotel located nearby.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily procedures for Lucky North Club operations, including verifying IDs, maintaining accurate records, and coding applications in the system
  • Enroll new members, update account information, and explain club benefits, point structures, and promotional details to patrons
  • Address patron questions, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent guest service
  • Operate and support club promotions to enhance member engagement and recruit new members
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory and direct mail parameters to assist with accurate club-related processes

Qualifications

  • No experience or diploma required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license required
  • Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and point-of-sale system preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
