Are you passionate about football and sports betting? Do you have a sharp analytical mind and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions? If so, we want you to join our dynamic Offer Trading team as a Pre-Match Football Trader!

What You’ll Do:

• Set and adjust odds for daily and weekly football events.
• Monitor live events, analyse statistics, and make real-time trading decisions.
• Track and analyse betting patterns, revenue reports, and payment statuses.
• Develop new bet types, bonuses, and competitive offers.
• Maintain constant communication with the risk management team to ensure profitability and exposure control.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis on teams, players, and trends.
• Keep databases and trading systems updated with the latest sports information.
• Monitor competitor offers and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge and passion for sports, especially football.
• Proven experience in sportsbook operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain composure in high-stakes situations.
• Team player mindset, with a willingness to share expertise and contribute to team goals.
