The Role:
The Process Master is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes, with a focus on understanding SDLC integration into overall business workflows. The role involves collaboration with all teams, including technical teams to integrate feedback from both business and live casino development areas. The role will need to focus on driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and ensuring best practices across teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all relevant departments to analyse workflows, ensuring the understanding of SDLC and how it integrates into overall business processes.
  • Work closely with Jira Admin and technical teams to align process flows with development cycles and technical tools.
  • Lead and drive strategic process change, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with both business goals and Live Casino delivery practices.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training focused on Live Casino business workflows and SDLC integration.
  • Adjust workflows based on insights gathered and emerging project needs, ensuring a dynamic, responsive approach to process management.
  • Develop and track KPIs for overall process efficiency, integrating Live Casino Delivery end to end metrics and tracking process improvements, with emphasis on both. Providing regular updates and insights to leadership on process performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in process management, project coordination, ideally within the gaming, technology, industries.
  • Strong understanding of process design and flow documentation.
  • Critical experience with Jira and Confluence, along with a deep understanding of SDLC practices and how they integrate into business processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and convey process requirements to technical administrators
