Digitain is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional Product & Technical Compliance Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of compliance roadmaps for product certification and market entry, ensuring that all products meet local and international regulatory standards
• Coordinate and manage product audits and technical compliance gap assessments, assisting in the certification process across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate closely with product development, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance is integrated into game design and development from the outset, providing actionable guidance as needed
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams, ensuring compliance is embedded at each stage of product creation
• Monitor and assess changes in global gaming regulations, providing support to update internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring continued compliance
• Proactively identify compliance risks, propose mitigation strategies, and assist in the implementation of compliant technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Provide regular updates to the P&T Compliance Manager on the status of compliance processes, audit results, gap assessments, and regulatory changes that may impact product launches or market entries
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records, ensuring that all actions are documented, and corrective actions are taken when necessary
• Support the Compliance Manager in preparing reports and ensuring that internal teams are trained and informed on compliance matters
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the iGaming industry
• Strong working knowledge of global gaming regulations and technical compliance standards, including player protection and data privacy laws.
• Proficient in managing multiple compliance-related tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to interpret technical regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions and ensure their integration into product development and technical processes
• Familiarity with Change Management systems, compliance reporting obligations, and regulatory requirements within iGaming markets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable plans for technical and non-technical teams
• Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate regulatory frameworks and identify compliance gaps
• Experience in preparing compliance reports and interacting with regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance and address technical compliance matters
• Multi-product knowledge (e.g., Sportsbook, Live Casino, Casino Games) and an understanding of how different products interact with regulatory requirements
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring compliance across various products and jurisdictions
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must
