We are looking for an experienced Product manager to strengthen the team and lead the development of social and casual games from scratch.
The role would be based in the office in Limassol, Cyprus. (Relocation support is provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of social, casual and other genres of games from scratch;
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards;
- Lead the integration of the games into the casino platforms, turning them into engaging gamification features;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product integration;
- Identify and onboard new providers, negotiating favorable terms and maintaining strong relationships;
- Lead technical teams with a clear vision, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the GameDev industry with a focus on product management;
- Proven track record in complex social/casual games and gamification features development & launch;
- Experience in the iGaming / gambling industry will be a plus;
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead tech teams effectively;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
