The Flutter Functions Sportsbook & Trading team helps to drive the success and growth of some of the world’s best known sports betting brands, with over 400 colleagues working in roles across trading, operations, product, delivery, architecture and engineering, partnering closely with more than 1,100 people in the wider global trading and sportsbook community at Flutter.

The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to inspire innovation and drive the Trading Experience within Flutter. As a product experience expert, you’ll leverage data and insights to ensure Flutter’s brands optimize their trading experience to power their sportsbook products. You will be pivotal in delivering high-impact, user-focused solutions that align with both customer and business objectives.

This role sits within the Shared Platforms team and requires close collaboration with design, research, analytics, technology, and trading teams across Flutter. You will be responsible for overseeing the roadmap of current and future Trading Experience capabilities, aiming to create the most efficient and intuitive internal user experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:

Shape and Support Product Strategy: Play a key role in connecting users, global products, and brand strategies. Lead cross-divisional forums to maximize the value of Trading Experience capabilities across Flutter.

KPI Definition & Data-Driven Insights: Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing capabilities. Use these metrics to generate insights and create hypotheses aimed at driving business and customer impact.

Cross-Functional Support: Provide product support and consulting for various initiatives across Flutter, especially when change involves multiple divisions or teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong relationships across business, trading, product, design, and engineering teams. Facilitate workshops, strategy exercises, and requirements-gathering sessions. Communicate product decisions, goals, and strategies to stakeholders across Flutter.

Customer-Centric Evolution: Continuously engage with internal customers to gather feedback and understand how the trading experience can evolve to better meet the needs of the business.

Continuous Improvement: Keep a close relationship with customers of the Trading Experience capabilities across brands, ensuring a feedback loop that drives ongoing product evolution.

Effective Communication: Skilled at managing stakeholders and adjusting communication styles to clearly convey goals and strategies across varying audiences.

Action-Oriented: Proven ability to identify risks, address issues, and navigate fast-paced environments with resilience.

Facilitation: Experience in promoting cross-functional collaboration and establishing internal communities of practice.

Product Experience: Expertise in managing UI-focused products, prioritizing internal users, and improving operational efficiency through simplification.
