ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will join a growing marketing team that is setting records across North America in helping to drive merchant and consumer usage of Trustly’s products and services. The product marketing team owns the lifecycle marketing efforts alongside traditional product marketing responsibilities. This is a high-visibility, strategic role that drives acquisition and expansion in the Sports Betting & Casino vertical. 
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our current and new products and features to market and communicating their benefits in the gaming vertical. You will deliver initiatives that result in merchant engagement and understanding of our product offering, as well as eventual usage and adoption by merchants and consumers. You will work across the entire Marketing team, and alongside leaders from Product, Sales, Customer Success, Creative, User Experience, and Merchant Services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Partner with the Product Team to deliver an exciting roadmap of innovative product launches
    • Bring products and features to market by developing differentiated positioning and messaging
    • Research competitive offerings and market trends, with a focus on the customer
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver sales collateral and sales enablement materials across all stages of the customer lifecycle
    • Act as the product champion, promoting our products with internal audiences to expand our reach with new and existing merchants
    • Develop and execute breakthrough channel and partner sales enablement programs
    • Attend merchant events, and trade shows, when needed to present and work with clients on marketing and/or general business initiatives, product launches, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

    • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B products, ideally within Sports Betting, Enterprise Fintech, or Payments industries
    • Experience in iGaming, Sports Betting or Casinos is required
    • An experienced product launch maven, who knows what a great product launch looks like
    • A combination of creative and technical, with a deep curiosity and desire to improve our financial ecosystem
    • A desire to make a difference, with a propensity to step up and lead, while growing your career
    • Data-driven and analytical researcher who can translate complex concepts into clearly articulated messaging for merchants
    • A cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working across all levels and departments
    • Communicates easily and effectively both in written and verbal forms, both internally and externally
