Risk Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible person to join our dynamic team in a risk management role, with the flexibility to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts). Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions and betting activities;
• Regular monitoring of users’ account and behavior, in order to prevent and detect fraud or suspicious cases; Identify fraudulent transactions /actions such as account take over, theft and similar other risks and prevent them from further processing;
• Answering escalations from customer support and following up on the timely resolution of issues;
• Provide user account blocking or unblocking decision based on risk assessment;
• Interact with stakeholders/providers for case investigation;
• Control payment transactions (deposits/withdrawal) final statuses, and in case of mismatching, provide corrective measures;
• Timely Identify the single or global problems related to payment processes, game and etc.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Experience in the relevant field is desirable (fraud/risk management especially in gambling);
• Proven Knowledge of English, Russian will be desirable;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Especially Excel);
• Analytical skills;
• Ability of making quick and informed decisions;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to details;
• Good concentration and ability to work in a stressful environment and/or at a fast pace;
• Good communication skills.
