About the Role:

As a Risk Operations / Trading Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth trading operations and managing risk across our platform. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, data-driven environment, where your analytical skills will help us make smart, informed decisions. Because our platform operates 24/7, this role requires flexibility. Our team works in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring that responsibilities are shared fairly and support is always available.

What You Will Be Doing:

Monitor and analyze trading activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Track market prices and manage liabilities across Football and other sports.
• Assess and approve betting referrals based on customer and market data.
• Analyze customer betting behavior and report insights to the Head of Risk.
• Work closely with third-party suppliers to optimize our product offering.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in designing and executing risk management tests to ensure compliance.
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulations affecting trading operations.
• Support incident response efforts in case of operational issues.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and recommending improvements.

• Recent graduate with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another analytical field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with data and Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and basic analysis is a plus!).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• A genuine interest in sports, gaming, and trading.
• Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in trading or risk management is a bonus but not required – we’re looking for the right mindset and willingness to learn!
