Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments. 

 

The Role

As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Fanatics Holdings, you will help to build our brand narrative and fan focused storytelling for enterprise loyalty products. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time with a key focus on team collaboration and execution. This role will be based remote. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning for all Fanatics app related campaigns 
  • Act as the 1:1 lead with the growth team in the delivery of advertising materials – with strong alignment to campaign initiates and timelines
  • Maintain strong alignment with performance media stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables meet both strategic planning objectives and creative standards 
  • Collaborate with diverse company creative teams as we audit, explore, and refine visual look and feel digitally and physically
  • Brand management of lifecycle creative executions 
  • Manage creative development of all brand design, advertising and marketing communications, starting with a best in class core idea
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across marketing channels. 
  • Enforce brand guidelines and appropriate use of the brand

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing or related creative field
  • Strong communication skills (storytelling, messaging, & brand guidelines copy)
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
  • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within Fanatics and various operating companies
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

 

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
