DESCRIPTION

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Reporting to the Risk Operations Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift schedule. In this role, you will join a young energetic team, whose main responsibility is to mitigate the companies' exposure to risk, in all forms it comes in, safeguarding the financial exposure we pose ourselves to, together with the requirements set upon us by the licensee.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting daily client transaction monitoring and accordingly communicate with clients on fraud issues, providing advice on fraud prevention, mitigation and reduction measures, under the supervision of Risk Operations Manager;
  • Conducting daily fraud rules and tools monitoring and identify fraudulent transactions and such activity;
  • Assisting the Risk & Fraud and Verification agents and acting as a first point of contact for their queries;
  • Ensuring that all daily/weekly/monthly risk and kyc tasks are being handled on time with quality by guiding the agents and organizing task distribution;
  • Assisting the Risk Operations Manager and Risk Team Lead in the development and implementation of the Antifraud control activities, both preventive and detective controls;
  • Reviewing any triggered fraud alerts and assisting management in updating the rules library, as necessary;
  • Assisting the Risk Operations Manager with the high level of reporting and data analyses when necessary;
  • Communicating with other teams and external departments to handle various projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Be familiar with internal fraud and risk controls, regulatory requirements, and market practices;
  • Have good knowledge of AML & STR directives;
  • Experience in sportsbook, casino, and poker product risk mitigation with product knowledge will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in internal Risk Reporting and Fraud Rules will be considered a plus.

SKILLS

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Possess expert MS Excel & Google products knowledge, along with excellent reporting skills;
  • Be self-motivated and able to work both independently, with minimal supervision, as well as within a dynamic team environment;
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
