We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Paid Social Media Manager to lead and scale our paid social initiatives for our iGaming brands. This role requires deep expertise in paid social advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive performance across multiple markets and platforms.

You will take ownership of paid social strategy, campaign execution, and optimization while working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience segmentation.
  • Test and refine bid strategies, audience targeting, and channel mix to drive conversions and maximize ROAS.
  • Oversee A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, ad copy, formats, and landing pages.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency.
  • Optimize ad spend through data-driven decisions, ensuring budget allocation aligns with business goals.
  • Enhance tracking, attribution, and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Continuously explore automation tools, AI-driven optimization, and predictive analytics for scaling campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and high-performing ad content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform providers, media partners, and account managers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and regulatory compliance for paid social in iGaming.

 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social advertising within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and manage six- to seven-figure budgets.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ad automation, AI-driven bidding, and predictive modeling.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
