How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Senior Project Manager you will lead and deliver high-impact, cross-departmental strategic projects (e.g., new markets, new products), ensuring timely execution, organizational alignment, and continuous momentum. Thrive in complexity and bring clarity, execution, and alignment across functions (accept and like this double challenge).
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, including new market expansions, product launches, and process improvements, ensuring successful execution.
- Align priorities and remove blockers by coordinating across product, engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure clear communication, expectation setting, and informed decision-making.
- Implement scalable frameworks, workflows, and best practices to enhance execution speed and team collaboration.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Define key performance indicators, milestones, and success metrics while providing regular progress updates to leadership.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, optimize project delivery, and drive continuous improvements.
- Foster a results-driven and accountable culture while mentoring and supporting team members.
