Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Strategically plans, produces and publishes content on social media platforms; including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X – in coordination with our enterprise marketing strategy and calendar.
  • Collaborates with the marketing, food and beverage, hotel, entertainment, and human resources teams to coordinate, schedule, and implement content in accordance with a property-level content calendar.
  • Develops, captures, curates, and edits visually appealing and compelling content that captures all elements of the guest experience in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Identifies new opportunities to increase following across social accounts and create revenue opportunities.
  • Responsible for daily response, tagging, and community management to all guest commentary across all active social platforms in a timely manner.
  • Builds organic community engagement through thoughtful commentary.
  • Monitors engagements and trends to inform the team of new content opportunities that align with the content calendar and enterprise marketing goals.
  • Collaborates with the Regional Social Media Manager to define strategic goals that align with both property and corporate strategy.
  • Works closely with the Paid Social Buyer to create synergy between organic and paid strategies, aiming to optimize overall social outcomes.
  • Researches, identifies, develops and manages programs and events with social media influencers.
  • Analyzes and reports social media analytics, adjusting content strategy to capitalize on data-driven insights and opportunities.
  • Oversees the business's online presence and promptly addresses all online reviews, striving for a response rate of 90% or higher. Shares feedback obtained from online reviews with pertinent leadership teams as needed for appropriate action.
  • Handles the opening, closing, and modification of entities as needed on the online listings platform.
  • Complies with all state and jurisdictional regulatory standards within the designated area of responsibility, and promptly informs management of any potential issues.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) in marketing, communications, journalism, pr, media or related field; with a minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing or social media, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Gaming experience is preferred but not required.
  • Portfolio showcasing demonstrated ability in storytelling and ability to create social media content: copywriting, photography and video.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns, promotions, and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences and drive meaningful interactions.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, brand consistency and ability to create content that follows brand guidelines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale social media accounts with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with social media and creative software tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Shortstack.
  • Flexibilily to work  evenings, weekends and holidays as dictated by business needs.
