Job Description

Sportradar is a sports data partner to the top leagues and federations around the world including the NBA, MLB, FIFA and UEFA. Our Production Content Operations is responsible for collecting, producing, and distributing sports data (pre-, live-, and post-match).

Our Production is set up internationally across multiple locations globally including thousands of scouts responsible for executing the data collection processes. Every year, we cover over more than 1 million sport events across 93 different sports.

You will be part of the global Production Operations team that is responsible for maintaining the sports data collection and monitoring, data entry and verification and guarantees the highest quality.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Immerse yourself in live sports streams from around the world, delivering premium data quality that powers leading media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms globally.
  • Master our leading sports data tools and systems to deliver accurate, lighting-fast real-time data, that sets the standard in sports information management for speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain the lifecycle of sport match schedules from creation to real-time updates, researching and verifying fixture details across all Sportradar platforms and time zones that keep our worldwide sports coverage synchronized.
  • Champion data integrity by verifying information across diverse sources, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure our sports coverage meets the highest standards of accuracy.
  • "Create and manage outright match results during live tournaments and events, delivering real-time outcomes across ongoing sports competitions."
  • Collaborate with our international network of data journalists to deliver elite sports coverage.

YOUR PROFILE

  • From pitch to court, track to field, Your Sports knowledge is as vast it could fill a stadium and you can list Champions League winners faster than Mbappé's sprint.
  • You bring strong comupter and research skills, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Strong adaptability to routine tasks in a structured and high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to integrity, strong work ethics, and a hands-on approach to achieving results.
  • You switch gears faster than a Formula 1 pit crew between different international squads.
  • Good English both written and oral, any other language is an advantage.
  • It's an advantage if you know your way around the betting/gaming scene.
  • Flexibility to work in a shift pattern (we work when sports happen).

Our company is relocating from Gera to Leipzig, with the move expected to complete in Q2 2025. During the transition period, commute between Gera and Leipzig office may be needed. We will provide further details during the interview.

Please ensure you can commit to both the temporary arrangement in Gera and the eventual permanent relocation to Leipzig.
