• Effective decision-making regarding chess event pricing
• Creating and monitoring events for сhess, both in live and prematch.
• Researching chess trading possibilities and market trends.
• Providing research details to the management
• Managing events that are created after the request of a supervisor or lead.
• Make sure events are delivered on production for all clients.
• Monitoring event activity in terms of bets, players and market liability
• Responsibility for odds and financial performance based on the event results
• Collaboration with Match developers team in creating Chess models
• Become responsible for Chess project from the Trading Department side
• Collaboration with the RM team regarding players and segmentations.
• Collaboration with the development team on issues related to Trading.

• Strong understanding of chess and betting (correlation between markets, ability to explain changes);
• Good knowledge in mathematics, knowledge of probability theory;
• Understanding of risk-management;
• Ability to react fast to changes and possible mistakes;
• Someone who thrives under pressure. Enjoys working when the heat's on;
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays;
