What you’ll do:
- You will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Sisal Albania, from job requisition to candidate onboarding;
- You will develop and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events;
- You will partner closely with different stakeholders within the company to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics;
- You will conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure a qualified and culturally fit workforce;
- You will present the organization as an employer of choice by effectively communicating its values, culture, and career opportunities;
- You will track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction;
- You will maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
- You will engage in students internship program activities, universities events, job fairs ext.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree;
- You have up to two years of experience in recruitment;
- You have proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles in a fast-paced environment;
- You possess strong sourcing skills, using a variety of platforms and techniques to attract passive and active candidates;
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration;
- You have data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions;
- You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools;
- You have high level of professionalism and integrity, especially when handling confidential candidate information;
- You have excellent knowledge of Italian & English language.
