The Role
The Multiple Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team of skilled professionals. As a leading B2B tech company specializing in providing aggregation and iGaming platform solutions, we strive to provide dedicated project management support for our clients. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a talented individual to oversee 2-3 diverse projects, collaborate closely with our development team, and ensure seamless coordination with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify project needs and develop a detailed timeline for completion
- Assign duties and responsibilities and oversee workflow of project staff
- Provide regular and up-to-date status reports to upper management
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Monitor expenditures and create detailed reports for upper management
- Keep track of a project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
- Implement changes to teams and processes as and when needed
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the department
Requirements
- At least two (2) years’ experience working in a similar role
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in spoken and written English
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Gantt Project, Asana, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices
- Good grasp of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management)
