Let’s start with the role

The Affiliate Lead Generation Manager will play a critical role in expanding our affiliate network, driving lead generation, and maximizing revenue through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners, developing creative marketing campaigns to ensure growth in lead volume and quality. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Identify and recruit high-potential affiliate partners across various channels (digital, influencers, websites, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and negotiating terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create engaging and effective campaigns.
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and new technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on affiliate performance, including recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, and social media
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
