A leading player in the iGaming industry dedicated to delivering exceptional online gaming experiences to our customers. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and help elevate our brand in a competitive market.
This position is based onsite in Sliema, Malta.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and increase player engagement. You will lead a talented team, oversee campaigns across various channels, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve our marketing objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand equity.
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing).
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Utilise analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track website performance and user engagement, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI is maximised for all campaigns.
- Use your creative know-how and brand marketing expertise to create and maintain exciting brands and community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the iGaming industry to drive continuous improvement.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
- A bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing within the iGaming or gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
