We partner with leading operators across the betting industry to create and build multilingual, best-in-class digital products and content that engage and educate customers. Additionally, ICS-digital, an international marketing agency including ICS-translate, also operates under the group.

Role Overview:

As a Data Processing Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining the horse racing database that powers Racing Post publications, our website, and global syndication partners. Your work will ensure the highest quality of data for our audiences and clients. You will collaborate with a passionate team, and help manage the creation of high-quality content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and input horse racing data into databases (Sybase and/or GRP) with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ensure the highest level of accuracy in data, supporting both the content team and our clients.
  • Manage and create Silks images for international horse racing events.
  • Ensure timely release of B2B products to clients, proactively managing any issues and keeping clients updated.
  • Train new and junior staff to maintain high data integrity.
  • Contribute to Racing Post publications, including writing and proofreading for web and print content.
  • Assist with occasional production and writing tasks, ensuring content quality remains top-notch.
  • Ensure consistent quality assurance standards across the team.


Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of horse racing, greyhounds, and sports.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering error-free work.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Team player who can thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT, including solid knowledge of Microsoft or Google packages.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a publishing environment.
  • Familiarity with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Drive.
