We are looking for experienced Game Producer.
As a Game Producer, you will lead the development of high-quality iGaming slots, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The role is located in Limassol, Cyprus. (RELOCATION IS PROVIDED)
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage production roadmaps for assigned games (slots), ensuring alignment with the companyβs strategic goals.
- Oversee the entire game development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to production, launch, and live operations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, while tracking progress and mitigating risks to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, developers, and QA teams to ensure a seamless and efficient development process.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and decision-making.
- Align game features with market trends and business objectives by working closely with marketing, business development, and analytics teams.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of production processes, updates, and outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark game mechanics, themes, and features against industry standards.
- Oversee testing phases to ensure games are polished, bug-free, and meet market demands.
Requirements:
- 3β5 years of experience in gambling slots production, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality games.
- Possess a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, player behaviour, and market trends, along with an analytical mindset for evaluating performance metrics.
- Preferred familiarity with game development engines like Unity, Unreal, or proprietary platforms, and knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrate a passion for gaming and a keen understanding of player engagement and retention strategies.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (both verbal and written).
