The Crown Is Yours

As an iGaming Marketing and Operations Manager, you will manage and lead a team responsible for executing our promotional strategy to our existing DraftKings and Golden Nugget Casino customers. You will be responsible for working cross functionally with other key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience to keep DraftKings and Golden Nugget as the top online casino brand in the US.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A MANAGER, IGAMING MARKETING AND OPERATIONS

  • Build and lead a high-performing operational team, delivering against predetermined goals and KPIs focused around promotional execution
  • Autonomously manage a team that drives the creation and management of the iGaming promotions calendar across various player cohorts and multiple brands 
  • Collaborate with various operational teams to drive efficiencies through constant testing across multiple disciplines, from product and lobby enhancements to new promotional mechanics.
  • Support an aggressive promotional testing agenda to continuously optimize offerings and reinvestment spend.
  • Drive campaign optimization with a significant focus on campaign creation efficiency and quality while at the same time being able to consistently iterate and react to the ever changing online gaming environment.
  • Ability to work with US based partners to ensure promotional calendar is properly executed within the overall iGaming strategy
  • Establish, build and update processes and procedures between multiple teams to ensure accuracy and alignment on key deliverables

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • At least 3 years of relevant B2C direct response experience, preferably in the Technology, Ecommerce, and/or Regulated Gaming Industry.
  • Online gaming background is a plus.
  • At least 1+ years of experience as a People Manager.
  • Ability to actively manage a team of 5-6 junior team members 
  • Strong ability to coordinate numerous campaigns across multiple teams and time zones simultaneously 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Google, SQL and/or Tableau is a plus. 
  • Fluency in English
