Description

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

•    Provides support for Sportsbook Marketing initiatives, including product launches, state launches, promotional offers, and seasonal sports tentpoles.
•    Act as Creative liaison / Point of Contact to compile and develop creative briefs for campaigns and offers, proof marketing assets, and traffic final assets to appropriate stakeholders.
•    Oversee the development of, and assist in crafting marketing materials as they go to market including, but not limited to: 
o    Draft value proposition and compelling copy across various marketing channels, including but not limited to email and push
o    Review, provide critical creative feedback
o    Approve marketing material based on job details and basic creative guidance
o    Review and proof jobs to ensure accuracy and content is correct prior to deployment
•    Coordinate inter-departmental efforts in service of cohesive marketing efforts across in-app, email and social channels.
•    Develop understanding of key business initiatives and KPIs to contribute to the development of target audience and campaign development
•    Familiarity with data sources and analysis to contribute to ad-hoc and ongoing department reporting 
•    Represents the business in all interactions and work with peers across the organization to ensure collaboration and consistency across touchpoints, interfacing with the following teams: 
o    Creative Studio
o    Brand
o    Product 
o    Marketing Technology
o    Media
o    Field Marketing
o    Regional POD (Point of Distribution) Teams 
o    CRM 
o    Social
o    PR
o    Analytics
•    Make improvements to templates and processes in support of business needs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field 
•    2-4 years of applicable marketing experience
•    Experience within the Sportsbook or Casino industry is preferred but not required
•    Computer literate; experience working with Microsoft Suite, Adobe and project management products a plus.
•    Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast-paced environment
•    Minimum 21 years of age

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Excellent understanding of business acumen necessary to troubleshoot and solve problems with guidance from supervisor
•    Experience working closely and developing integrated plans with sales/digital/marketing counterparts
•    Strategic marketing plan development and execution with demonstrable results and return on investment (going beyond creative ideas to revenue-driving programming)
•    Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
•    Project management experience preferred
