We are looking for an AdNetworks Media Buyer Team Lead to join our team.

Tasks:

• Acquire traffic from AdNetworks by planning and executing ad strategies.
• Collaborate with external partners to drive a large amount of high-quality traffic
• Leading the team.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to adjust strategies and budgets to meet KPIs and improve ROI.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience and align with campaign goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with acquiring traffic from AdNetworks on CPC/CPA basis.
• Working with IGaming offers is a plus.
• Experience in efficient team management.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing ad creatives that align with strategic goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Proficiency in tracking tools and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to test, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve the best results.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
