What you'll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trader to join our dynamic Soccer/Tennis team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of operational trading functions. You will manage a variety of tasks that support our trading operations, including market mapping, liability management, and bet processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct delivery and linking/mapping of Fixed Odds markets (both automated and manual) in a timely and consistent manner
• Accurately process account customer bets via bet intercept, adhering to customer profile and delegation limits
• Oversee retail management by identifying outliers, communicating, and escalating issues as required
• Monitor sold bets and communicate potential outliers to the appropriate stakeholders
• Manage liabilities effectively, demonstrating the ability to communicate and escalate as necessary
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of markets and execute customer refunds as needed
• Manipulate trading models to maintain accurate pricing in line with trading guidelines (e.g., Rubix Sport, PM, and IP Sports)
• Oversee and execute market settlement processes

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a trading or similar operational role
• Sound decision making and risk evaluation skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in using trading systems and tools
